Shine a Light with Soundabout
Our inclusive choir have been featured in the new song by Soundabout. Choirs, vocalists, and famous faces from across the country have joined forces for the first ever recording of ‘Shine a Light’, a brand new song composed by our very own team of Graduate Emerging Leaders (Learning Disabled young people)
The UpRising Inclusive Choir is a FREE musical community without barriers for all young people up to the age of 25 with a focus on giving a voice to people with severe and profound learning disabilities.
We believe that everybody deserves to have a voice. Rather than focusing on what people can’t do, we want to emphasise what they can do. We believe that people with severe and profound learning disabilities including autism should have a life full of expression, passion and enjoyment. We are accepting new applications for January 2025 and you can register here:
