Teaching Weeks

LMS tutors will teach a maximum of 36 weeks per academic year. Subject to availability, extra music lessons can be delivered and are charged accordingly.

Starting and Ceasing Music Lessons

New learners, as well as learners wishing to stop their lessons, must give notice. Applications must be received by the following deadlines to take effect at the start of each term:

Invoices

Music lessons are invoiced ahead of each term and must be either fully paid or an instalment plan in place for lessons to start:

Summer 2026  1st March 2027  19th  March 2027 

If our LMS tutor misses a lesson they will try and reschedule the lesson for you.

If by the end of the academic year this has not been possible, you will receive an adjustment to the fee you have paid. 

If the learner misses the lesson due to e.g. sickness, school/trip, activities or forgetfulness, then the lesson will not be made up or credited.
