A New Chapter Ahead For Lincolnshire Music Service
Jennifer McKie will leave her role as Head of Lincolnshire Music Service and Music Hub at the end of this academic year.
During her almost 19 years in post, she has supported Lincolnshire Music Service to become a multi award-winning organisation with a high profile locally, regionally and nationally.
“This is not a decision I have taken lightly. I have loved every minute of my time with Lincolnshire Music Service. While the journey has not been without its challenges, I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together for children and young people across Lincolnshire. I hold many fond and treasured memories of these accomplishments and would like to extend my sincere thanks to you all for your support, commitment and collaboration over the years. Jennifer has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Music Mark UK which starts in August 2026 so will continue her role to advocate for music. Music Mark UK are the national membership organisation, subject association and charity that supports and champions high‑quality, inclusive music education for children and young people across the UK.
